A fluted Bristol porcelain saucer, the wavy rim which is richly gilded. The decoration is in green and black. It comprises a single central flower surrounded by a continuous garland suspended from the rim at five equidistant points by gilded hoops. Mark: blue X 1.

A fine Bristol fluted barrel-shaped teapot and cover from the Horace Walpole service, with finely modelled flower knop and harebell-moulded and gilt painted handle, painted in monochrome green with garlands of leaves and flowers suspended from gilt loops, gilt dentil borders, blue X and 1 marks.
