Description

A large Bristol ogee-shaped lobed tray, with ornate central gilt monogram (JAC?) surrounded by gilt band, painted in enamels with laurel garlands suspended from gilt roundels on a thick gilt band, a band of harebells between two gilt lines on the raised sides and gilt dentil rim, the mark a grand cursive B in light grey with numeral 3 in pale blue
